SVA IT will be performing extensive network upgrades during the 2022 Winter Break.

Scheduled Downtime: Wednesday, December 28, through Friday, December 30.

The maintenance entails upgrading network hardware at the primary data center. This work will interrupt access to virtually all services hosted on myID (both on-campus and remote), the campus phones system, and access to SVA Secure WiFi. Access to the public internet (non-SVA services) will remain available in the four residence halls.

SVA Gmail on mobile devices and desktop browsers should continue to function unless you reset your mobile device or clear your browser cookies. Logins on new devices to SVA services will not authenticate during the maintenance.

Security services such as card access and surveillance cameras will remain operational.
